ER/MD-005, Movila Mare, 383m
August 16, 2025: SOTA activation of the "Movila Mare" hill near s. Tuzara (ER/MD-005), 383m. Power: 6W - transceiver Yaesu FT818ND. Antenna: vertical with a 5.5m whip and a loading coil (barely used), with 10 radials on the grass. For the 40m/30m bands the top of the whip was connected to a 4.5m wire attached to a 7m fishing rod, hence no need for a loading coil. Worked almost all bands, with great success!
